EBC what am I doing wrong?

Customer texted me and thanked me. I mentioned BT200 and I guess he is all set. It is a rental and his tenants suburban was leaking. I' m not sure how it looks when it was completely dry. Those pics are right after I pressure washed, so it was still wet and very humid. Tried to dry it with my blower to see if it was less noticeable. There was probably way too much oil or whatever there. So when it is wet you will see a little further into the concrete. Next time I go to Clearwater, I will snap a pic.

Oh got your message Carlos. Thanks for the concern. That's good customer service.

Set expectations low....... "might be able to lighten up the stain on the Extremely Pourus material!! "

Carlos, great video!
Any concerns with the x-jetted ebc running off onto the asphalt?

Supp bro....

Your mix ratios are weak enough once it goes through the xjet that it would not have any adverse effects. Keep an eye on it during the rinse down part of the project and maybe launch some extra water on the asphalt as a precaution.

That's what I figured. Thanks.
I have had great results with ebc on some building washes. I showed up for a building wash a few weeks back and the parking lot was freshly resealed. I had planed on giving the building the ebc make-over.
The fresh black top got me a little nervous. So I did not use ebc.

Right on...

That commercial flatwork gig we spoke about for Merced never materialized. Called the PM a few times after you and I spoke and never heard back.

Try Varsol for hydraulic oil. Then use EBC to clean it up. (Edited to add) Just realized this is asphalt. If that's the case, don't use Varsol, it wil disolve the asphalt
