Elementary School Pressure Washing in Houston

This was quite a project we wrapped up a few weeks ago in South Houston. We bid it while school was out but they weren't ready to move till school was back in which presented some special challenges. There was no way to get a lift to the backside due to the size of the gates and and a covered walkway so we had to improvise and use scaffolding and softwash some areas with a pretty hot mix. In the end, the results are pretty amazing and everyone is happy!

That looks great!! Sure would have been nice if you could have been able to wash it while school was out.

If we could have done it while school was out and we werent help up by the crew infront of us caulking around the windows we could have finished in about 5 or 6 days. As it turned out....it tool us about 10 half days spread out over 3 weeks. Not ideal but it all got done! Here's an upclose image of the bricks - and this was a "clean" area!
