Has anyone bought an enclosed trailer from a trailer broker? I live in Chicago which is close to Bristol, IN where a lot of trailer companies have their plants. I've heard that you can buy a trailer from a broker and then pick it up at the plant. This basically cuts out the middle man (the trailer dealer) and gives you a better price. Any help in buying an enclosed trailer would be appreciated.

Sounds good. There maybe something of the sort but we are talking about a low cost item with very little mark-up. I can sell you one. Brand new. Fully aluminum frame. Dexter Axles with or without brakes. V-nose. 10, 12, 14, 16 foot whatever you want.
You won't save much going through a broker and most trailer companies will not allow that only because if that were the case, they would essentially be starving their biggest customer which is the dealer.... Then of course the compnay would be getting phone calls from the end user and that is not what they want.
The last thing these large manufactures of trailers want to do is cut out the middleman which is their biggest customer. There may be some that do it but more than likely not.
I have access to trailer at wholesale prices.
