Envirospec Changes

I hear that there have been a lot of changes at Envirospec. The northern location in Milwaukee has been closed with everything consolidated in Homerville, Georgia. Paul has been my trusted adviser since I started my business in 2008 and I hear that he is no longer with the company. The website Envirospecnorth.com has also been shut down.

Will Envirospec issue a press release on all their changes? I am curious to who is managing the company now and what kind of company this will be going forward. Thanks.

I spoke with Paul 3 weeks ago and he informed me of the changes. I think he is focusing on his own washing company, but he still may be available for some Q and A. They are no longer building some of the larger machines, however they may if you bother them enough and have cash in hand. Paul has always been a great help and he really knows the business, so he better poke his head of the hole once in awhile.

I'm still around and I will still share and help where I can, just not in a capacity that relates to Envirospec.

And before the rumors start it was not a bad split and there are no hard feelings between myself and John or any other Envirospec employees, it was jut time to move on.

Paul, does this mean that 900 horsepower, 40 wand skid you guys were working on for me won't be ready by Friday? It's ok, because I forgot to tell you to add the clutch. :)

Is that the 40 quadrillion BTU one?

So let me get this straight.
John started Envirospec in Maine.
John moved to Homerville, Ga.
He was happy there, and started a dog shelter.
Paul started Envirospec North to handle some of the northern contractors.
A year or so ago, he decided to back away from the operational side of the business, and let Paul handle distribution.
Now, Paul is backing away from all ties to Envirospec and focusing on his (Very Successful) mobile wash business.
Yep, I see nothing abnormal.

No offense to Envirospec North but I do not think you will see any change in service or quality. Envirospec started in Homerville and the Envirospec North off shoot was pretty new. I have been dealing with them pretty much exclusivly for as lng as I have been in this business and I felt that things were a bit disconnected when they shifted North. Just my two cents, Paul was always on top of things but I think they tried to get to big too quick.

You have not been around long enough. Just my opinion. Paul was the best thing that happened to envirospec.

+10 Paul brought a lot of customers back to them and a lot of new customers also. Paul brought in a level of customer service that was not there previously, you can read older posts here and on other bbs's about that and we don't want to bring up the sky-high shipping costs too that people were complaining about before Paul got in there, also there is a thread here about that one too. hahahahaha

Some that have been around long enough know the stories, others just don't know or don't have a clue but that is ok, we all try to get along.

Paul--I'm sorry to see you move on. I enjoyed doing business with you guys and I always enjoyed using the Envirospec website to order many parts. I wish you nothing but the best for the future cause your a true gentleman who was there to help many who needed it. It was nice to meet you at the UAMCC Convention in Orlando last year.

Fast question so who is selling those large pressure washers that was on your site?? I was considering on buying one or two of those in the future.
Thanks and good luck.

I can only speak from 10 years of personal experience (maybe that is not enough to have an opinion) but I think being about two hours away from Homerville is the most advantageous to me, shipping times, shipping costs....especially on chems.

After the change and after several transactions, I began purchasing the bulk of my consumables from other sources.

I wish Paul all the best.

You should are still able to get them the frames and I may still be building those for John unless he decides to have Richard do it.
