Equipment and small customer list for sale in Chicagoland

For the past four years I have operated a pressure washing business part-time in the Chicagoland area. It is one of my numerous business ventures/hobbies and I think the time has come for me to focus my efforts elsewhere. Ideally, I'd like to sell the equipment locally and pass along all of my customer information to the buyer. There are some small customer contracts involved, but nothing to keep someone busy full-time. My equipment consists of a 3000psi hot water Tuff Super Skid, Big Guy surface cleaner, 20' extend-a-wand, and all the other small things like hoses, wands, reels, etc... Selling in 2006

Well, here it is a year later and I'm back in the same boat. I never found a qualified buyer last year, so I worked through another one. As I start to think about the 2006 season, I'm back on the selling train. If anyone is interested, please contact me. Thank you!

Asking price is $5,000 firm for the equipment and customer list. Annual revenues up to $10,000 working a few weekend mornings a month April - October.

Equipment includes Tuff Super skid, 3000psi @ 5gpm ~300hours, Big Guy surface cleaner, Brand new extend-a-wand and misc. hoses, reel, guns, etc...

The equipment was always meticulously taken care of. It is stored inside and my employee was a full-time mechanic.
