equipment maintenance

i was just wondering if anyone had any general information on maintenance of pressure washes, my husband has 4 cold water machines- i believe they are hondas- small units, i can check the specs on them- the only chemical that goes through it is bleach.....
 
Change the engine oil after every 50 hours and the pump oil every 500 hours. Check the air filter at every oil change and clean the foam part regularly.
 
I hope that he is not running bleach through the machine, as it will ruin the pump. Is he downstreaming (the little clear hose that goes into the bucket) the bleach? I hope so. Otherwise, the above offered info is correct and following the suggestions will make these machines last for many years.
