I purchased a used skid with a rusted out heating unit for a pretty good price. After I got the unit home I of course began searching to find the exact specs of the unit. Did I mention all the labels were gone from being stored outdoors? I was told that the unit was a 4 GPM @ 4,000 PSI. After literally a month of searching I have figured out the pump is an Interpump WS101 which is 15 LPM @ 200 Bar, also known as 4 GPM @ 3,000 PSI. The interesting part is the unloader, it is a General Pump ZKHM. Both of which were distributed in Europe, not America. This is on an old Delco Equalizer skid which I am pretty sure was an American distributor. Possible swap? The unit only has 370 hours on it.
I have rebuilt the pump and it works great, just not as large as I had hoped. It is powered by a 14 HP Vanguard. Suggestions on changing the pump and unloader to get a higher flow without changing engines? Is there a market for used pumps in like new condition?
