F9 BARC is for Professionals and Contractors ONLY. We are NOT selling to residential. Make sure to preclean the cement with your pressure washer and surface cleaner, just as you would for a normal job. The cleaner the concrete is before application, the better your results will be.

F9 BARC must be applied to a dry surface- double straight application is normally best, allowing both coats to dry. 250-400’ per HALF gallon. Apply heavier on the stains, mist super light on the areas with no stains. Apply control joint to control joint for evenness.

At the end of the process, mist both coats of F9 with water and use a broom to reactive the material and spread it consistently on the surface. Wait a couple of minutes and lightly rinse off. DO NO USE YOUR SURFACE CLEANER HERE. Light rinse!

Evaluate the results when the concrete DRIES COMPLETELY, NOT BEFORE.

Used some today to remove irrigation stains. Mixed 50/50 w water and they came with one lite spray. Didn't damage grass either.

Hey Craig - I finally had a chance to use your F9 BARC last week. A house wash customer had bad iron stains on their front walkway from their irrigation system. They said that I wouldn't be able to get the stains out because others have tried and failed. Well, they were ecstatic to see all of the stains were gone when I was through. It worked perfectly. I applied it just as you instructed me. Thanks for making me look good.

I just tried it, works perfectly. Make sure you add both items to your cart before you apply code. You will need to type 32 in the search box to find the 32 oz sample size in order to add it to your cart. Call me if you're having problems, I can walk you through it.

FYI for you guys thinking about this, I got a call, directly attributed to Craig's site, for a big battery acid rust removal job caused by the scissor lift's they were using for a local professional sports stadium. The contractor called me after finding my name as the Houston area Professional Applicator. This contractor has another local stadium that I will be working with on battery acid rust removal as well.

If your area is not taken, I highly recommend the purchase of the case and get listed. His site evidently has strong juice....and the product works great too...there are many rust stains I have been able to cut the product with at 50/50 and remove totally with only a mist..
