Jayden is 8 weeks today and we are having the time of our lives. He got his shots today so he is a little sore and cranky.
BTW, I am in the back of my wife's closet. That's what happens when you have to have a Nursery cause it looks "CUTE".
So long nice big office. lol

I know the baby took away your sleep and your office but did he also take away your ability to speak? I think you have been in that closet too long. Hahaha. I was wondering where you've been. ( There must be lots of shoes in there aye? :) ) LMAO... PS....Good looking boy you got there Ash. 2 thumbs up!

Come on out of the closet Ashley. We'll still respect you.

I once had an office the entryway of a mobile home with a shower curtain for a door. How do you rate with all that soundproofing (clothes) around you. What a spot to get away.

Congratulations again Ash.

Ash, you look a natural in your man cave.

BTW, you might want to look at a bigger house. Come on get to work...

Im with you brother! Our daughter is now 5 weeks old ... she won't sleep worth nothing either and it's my night to be up with her. She's a little congested and just doesn't feel too great ... doctors appointment in the morning ... but this vibrating bouncy chair we got makes her at least cat nap for 30 mins at a time ... lol.

BTW, I am SO glad to be past that stage of life. I sleep when I want to, not went the cookie crumblers dictate.

Go to walmart and get a noise machine... Always make sure you use the liquid formula if your wife is not breast feeding.. it makes a world of difference..

The noise machine has different sounds, like water and so on.. every sound has an underlying deep theta tone, that induces sleep. Also it cancels out side noise going on out side of the room, but still allows you to hear in.

They run like 15 bucks and were life savers with my 2 kids now 8 and 2.

Also look into getting some gripe water.. Helps with gas, and makes them burp more easily...

All things I have learned over the years.. passing them to you all. THEY WORK.

Had a buddy that used to leave his daughter in one of those vibrating bouncey seat....we used to kid him that when she was out of the seat and we were holding her we could still feel her vibrating....its a wonder she didnt have serious issues from so much vibrating!!!!

Be thankful your doesnt have collic.....I used to get home around 6:30 and my oldest would scream until 10-11:00 everynight for about a month... We finally got her on the right formula and she got fine...but the first 2 months was hell.
After that I used to get in trouble with wife cause me and the baby would fall asleep every night in my recliner with her laying on my chest......man that was the days...used to love it....wifey gave me hell. Said I was making her were she would not go to sleep unless I was holding her!!!!!
I'd do it all over again!
