first gig ... success and a challenge

So I had my first practice demo for a very busy corporate restaurant yesterday

heres some information I was my machine at 3500 psi @4.5 gpm at 160-165 degrees and was using a 16" surface cleaner
I used no chemicals (I JUST got my m5 x-jet in the mail today)

and here are some of my results (as far as pictures)

The dumpster area was very easy and made for some decent before and after pictures, but the back door of the restaurant where all the shipping and worker and contractor foot traffic goes was barely noticable

In the picture of the back door area you can slightly see where the surface cleaner went over it.

So my question is this just like built up dirt and grease thus requiring I assume SH? is SH even a degreaser or just a standard flatwork cleaner

ok SH is a degreaser, but do you use it all over the concrete
or just on the greased areas

From what I have gathered over time reading various threads it seems like SH is used on most all flatwork stains, is it just that it is so effective? price efficient? or multi purpose in that it cleans and serves many different purposes?

Make sure the SH your referring to is Sodium Hydroxide (caustic soda) not Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach/chlorine)
