First Roof & I have some ?'s

I have spent days pouring over this section of the forum and have collected a ton of useful knowledge about pumps, recipe's, method ect. I know I still have a ton left to learn but I possibly have a job coming up and it will be my first. It has the potential to offer more work in the future possibly a lot. I am going out tomorrow and taking measurements and pics and I'll post them to get your opinions on the best way to bid and tackle the job. I do have a few equipment questions to get out of the way first.I don't "plan" on doing a bunch of roofs, but that could change and its always good to have the right set up.

  • Can I use the same Delavan 5850 pump for rinsing will it give enough flow to rinse the chemical applied?
  • I have a rig with a 350 gallon tank. can I just switch the intake from the chemical tank to the fresh water tank?
  • What is the best recipe to use for tile? I'm sure this one will be easier to answer once the pics are posted.

  • I have the basic method to apply and rinse down. Is there any tricks that you have found over the years or things you warn against doing that you can advise me on?
I plan on practicing on my own house , which needs it bad anyway, first so that I can get the process down before I tackle the job. Any help would be appreciated.:scratchhead:
