FloJet G57 had to run a while today......

Largest roof I've cleaned yet. It was about 17,000 sq feet of roof we cleaned at a Comfort Inn Hotel. Took a little long because I cut the flow way back using a 4509 nozzle. I was very concerned about runoff even though you can see my tech still puts it down too heavy I have to stay on him about it. Even so the #9 nozzle worked out great and we only used two tanks or about 220 gallons of solution. It took about 5 hours to apply using the smaller orifice but I felt real good about very little runoff coming off a large part of the roof with no gutters.

Good job on the roof cleaning, it came out good.

Did they contact you or did you cold call them?

I love it.....Nice job on the Commercial Roof Cleaning Pat. I love Cleaning for Hotels.

Thats gonna turn out real nice.

Looks like way to much soap was used for that pitch though. Gotta teach the guy how to spray rather than compensating with soap.

Looks awesome. That half and half pic is worth of front page on your website.

It really wasn't that much soap, but I was very concerned about making it stick so that runoff on the balconies and anyone below would be minimized while we were spraying, a large portion had no gutters. Actually I got up there spraying some myself and did not do much better on the run off. I probably should have made the mix stronger as we had to spray repeatedly but again I was trying to weigh strength of mix (fumes and smell) vs runoff I was using only about 30~35 percent of SH. Anyway it worked out with very little runoff on the ground while spraying. We're supposed to get rain this weekend.

I finally had a chance to back by and get a "rinsed" picture. Made me proud of it!

Roof Cleaning job looks good Pat.

I bet that the owner is glad that they hired you for cleaning their roof using no pressure.

Big difference Pat. That Roof Cleaning was probably one of the best investments that the Hotel owner has ever made.

That is some impressive commercial roof cleaning. You made that hotel look like new clean places fill spaces. (a Ron M quote) The before pic would make me think twice, it makes the whole place look dirty.

Here in Florida, once the "hurricane season" is over we might go 30-60 days without a heavy rain. How do you rinse if you know there is not rain in the forecast?

We don't usually go that long here. One time I rinsed a roof with a garden hose just to see. It took 3 times longer to rinse than to wash it. So far I've had no complaints.
