Foot Traffic Problem Pressure washing

I need help. I'm having trouble getting rid of foot traffic trails on restaurant sidewalks. I think it is worse at restaurants with a paved parking lot. Even though our clients are happy with our work, I'm not. If I can see these trails of black then I know everyone else can so I'm not gonna be happy until they are gone. Any help would be much appreciated.

What's your method of cleaning? Chems? Hot water?

restaurant grease is tough.. chinese is by far the worst (I am told).
No matter what you've tried.. add more heat,
and you troubles "melt away".
