Does that include the trailer with everything? If not you might want to drop the price way way down if you are looking to sell thats a lot for that model! How many hours are on the machine? Not trying to hurt your feelings just letting you know! There are some people that have posted 8 gpm machines on here for less

Ron, This machine is absolutely perfect I spent 700.00 on this machine to have it checked out. The seals and valves they changed out were in perfect condition. I paid $12,500 for this rig 3 years ago and have only put about 400 hours on it. 7000 includes everything except the trailer. If it doesn't sell it will sit in my yard until I give it to my son or one of his friends to start a business.

Sorry Ron, That last reply was to Matthew. He isn't comparing apples to apples, there is no comparison between hotsy equipment and Northern Tool equipment. Price a new Hotsy 20hp machine to a Northern tool 20hp machine... Big difference, less than half, but last 10 times longer. What would you buy? You can't buy a slightly used hotsy for the price of a lower quality machine.

At the Most 4500

I was not trying to hurt any feelings... For the record we have several Hotsy machines. Here is our main set up on our site http://www.extremecleanpressurewash.com/photo-gallery/our-work/ scroll down the page and you can see there is Two Hotsy machines and full recovery system

I gave the only Hotsy I had away, because I had so many problems with it. It was a 1270SS, as well. I just could not keep it running.

Never had any problems at all with any of the 3 hotsy I have owned. Wouldn't own anything else. All three have always started 1st time as long as the pressure is released at the gun. But I also change fluids and run premium gas and only kerosine in all of my equipment. I have never ran diesel fuel through my burner. I take extremly good care of my equipment, because I never know when I might have to start doing this on a full time basis.

We have had problems with our hotly pumps that's about it, bt we are planning on changing the pumps out for others

I have thought about getting a bigger pump (higher gpm) but maybe if I get another mcdonalds or chick-fil-a contract. My older machine has never even had any pump work done so that would be a good upgrade. Do you clean your own coils or have it done at the hotsy service dept?

I thought it ($7000) was for the whole package trailer and all, looks like it will be sitting in the yard. For a $1000 more you can buy a brand new Hydro-Tek or Landa 8 gpm unit that is far and above the quality of a Hotsy.

Not putting your equipment down or anything....But people here know the difference between quality, Northern Tools, and an older used skid with low hours. Just saying.

Well, I have been thinking about taking my other machine and putting it on a trailer and starting up 2 (2) man crews and just doing as much work as I can. I know some people that are capable of doing the work. I can oversee the day to day operations, schedule work, My day has helped me out and can check on the crews. I would rather pay my dad and 2 crews to work than let it sit. I have a lot of contacts lots of apartment complexes that should get us off to a good start. I really don't care If I make a dime... Maybe one of the guys will buy my business or I will sell my accounts and equipment. My son can train them to do hoods.

Guy, pm me your guy that sells Landa units.

I just got a price yesterday for a new 8gpm hot water landa skid, the SLT-8 was at $17,000 which I thought was just way too much, I could almost buy 2 of the Hotsy 8gpm rigs for that price unless they went up in the last year.

Wow what a machine you could build for 17000.I could buy 3 30 hp kohlors with udor pumps and 3 hotboxes for under 17,000 is that a gold plated edition??

I think the Distributor near me is around 12k, but I wouldn't buy a Jack from them personally. Give Jeff a call at CSC Cleaning Systems of the Carolinas. Hard to buy out of your Territory, Landa Dealers Protect each others territory.

$17,000 for just the skid??? That doesn't sound right Chris, you sure they're not talking about a "Package" deal?

Landa SLT-8 is a great machine.............but not $17,000 great.

What Hal Said!

Not sure if the last post was meant for this thread, but I have dealt with cleaning systems of the carolinas several times. Actually the last I went to Monroe there place was closed. I'm guessing they moved... I went there in December to pick up some chemcals, CSC is a great company and I highly recommend them, I have had supplies delivered to the Concord area once, and I didn't have to stop working and drive for an hour. Super people...
