Gum removal machines

Any one out there using a gum removal machine like a Daimer or similar? If so your thoughts of how well it works?

Just a FYI about Daimer.

I called them and asked some questions and got the run-around, never specific answers and later the guy ended up arguing with me. Found out later after I called to complain that it was the owner himself and he *sshole calls me back 3 different times just to argue and call me names since I did not buy one immediately.

A couple years later I talked to a sales guy and basically the same thing, hard sales attitude, talks about how he has sold industrial equipment for over 20 years, he knows what is best for his customers, blah, blah, blah, all of this without answering my questions or asking me questions what the equipment is for, how it will be used and other specifics that most salespeople should ask before they can determine if they have what the customer needs, then the right piece for the customer needs.

Got calls from him 2 different times later on in the week basically asking for my credit card number or bank number so it can be sent to me to get started.......Wow and still never answered my questions to see if this machine would do what I needed it to and questions about the warranty and where/how to get it fixed, he just focused on the hard sale. I don't play those nonsense games.

Be careful when talking to them and make a list of questions so maybe they will answer your questions and when they go off-topic to ramble on about themselves, you can go back to the list and try to get answers.

Good luck.

They have one here that they use on the Blvd. It doesn't do a very good job. I don't know the brand. I wash a couple of the businesses there and it doesn't remove all the gum.
