Has anyone dealt with these guys?

I received a phone call today from a company called JRS Facilities for cleaning of 4 taco bells and was wondering if anyone has heard of or dealt with them before.

From the looks of their website, they look to be a construstion company. Maybe they need to have some newly remodled taco bells parking lots cleaned.

It was older taco bells they needed the entire parking lots cleaned and striped, but it did not work out. They are like any other service company; they give beer money expecting high dollar champagne. the guy I talked to was very nice and admitted to me that he wouldn't do it for the prices they were offering either. He said my price was right, but they wouldn't pay it. They are looking for joe blow that has no idea what he is getting into and taco bell will regret it in the long run. to each his own!

Dont be! I won bids on two jobs that same day that are less work and will make triple what i would of made with them. No shame in my game.
