Has anyone rebuilt an all-flo air diaphragm pump?

I have an all-flo air diaphragm pump and ordered a rebuild kit for it.....has anyone done this yet and how hard is it? I was going to call All-flo in the morning to see if they had a rebuild manual or instruction guide.
Watch this video Jeremy. They are all pretty much the same.
Try to stay away from the Teflon rebuild kit, it is expensive, and not needed. Santoprene works just as good, lasts longer, slightly more flow, and is more forgiving. Teflon O Rings and gaskets really can suck, because once they are compressed, that's it!
If you make a mistake with Teflon, and tighten the pump, then have to disassemble it, you are screwed!

Chris, are you saying Teflon tape? I just ordered the rebuild kit from allflo, are there different kinds???
Hey Jeremy, it was great talking with you the other day!

Mine has been rebuilt twice in the two- plus yrs I've been using it. Once for a clip that went bad inside and on another occasion I had the whole gut assembly replaced. The cost was right around $60.00 for the mechanical /guts. Been spraying like a champ ever since. You should be good to go for awhile now Jeremy.

Larry, took about 45 min to fix.....had a busted diaphragm, a ton of trash, o rings were shot.....was definitely time!

It took me about 20 minutes to watch someone else change it out. LOL...
