Hattiesburg, MS Non Pressure Metal Roof Cleaning

Thad

WCR Sales & Founder PWRA
This roof has severe staining on the part that was under a tree that they cut back, as well as mildew, mold, dirt, and a thick layer of pollen on the whole roof.

There was oxidation present so low pressure was the only way to go for uniform results. The owners were thrilled!

Nice work Thad

Thanks, guys.
It is a blue metal roof.

What mix did you use? How did you apply it?

I downstreamed a mix of sodium hypochlorite, Pressure Tek F-13, and some sweetners.

Man I bet you could sleep great under a roof like that in the rain.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
For sure!

Wow, I often wondered if Thad actually cleaned...never seen any of his pics.....nice job Thad, looks great

Funny , I have a metal roof coming up. Doug are you saying to neutrilize with oxalic ?
I also used that roof snot today for the first time. Man that stuff clings excellent, will always be part of the house wash for now on. I used 5 ounces in a fiver and that was enough for 2 more gallons.

Steven, no I don't use oxalic. I use the Bleach Wash from Paul at Powerwashstore.com. It gives the metal a nice shine as well as neutralizing the Bleach.

Yeah I used Roof Snot today on this roof with no gutters and all we had to contend with were a few drips. Roof Snot is all I use now for house and roof washing.
