My name is Nate Koito. I started Pristine Property Services a couple years ago as a side thing. Im now putting more time into it and striving to learn as much as possible. I actually fell into some post construction cleaning for some home builders then got into house washing. I was using a 5.5 cold water setup but i just recently acquired a new rig with an 8gpm hot water and a dual roof pump setup.(theres nothing like the 8 gallon machine!) Anyways I'm looking to get into the commercial side of the industry and learn from the guys who have been in the business and are willing to take the time to help and share some knowledge.
