Hello, my name is Toni Strait. My husband, Wade Strait and I own Strait Shot Exterior. In our business I take care of all the calls, bids, and also do some of the washing. I'm wanting to get more into commercial jobs and I could use all the help I can get on how to approach different companies. I'm also wanting to keep up on the different cleaning techniques and also different products that will help us become the best company that we can possibly be.

I'm new to all of this and was not sure that this was the right business to get into. That all changed when I went to a washing class in Iowa that was taught by Doug Rucker! He turned it all around for me and I have been on board ever since. Please everybody feel free to message me with anything that you think I MUST KNOW in order to move forward in this business and that will make me the best business owner possible!

Start into commercial exteriors, you already know what you are doing on a small scale, these are just bigger. You will encounter new stains, issues with water on site, but I am sure you can figure it out. Want to get called, make sure you are on google and far up the list. Most large companies have a person to deal with this, they google and either get quotes from the first few, or just select one of the first few and go with that. The key is being part of the first few, best way to do that, get your name out as well as your website.

Are you giving Doug credit or blame? There are so many resources out there but nothing beats spending time with those that have been successful, Nice job Doug!
