Help for a Newbie

Hi, my buddy and I are trying to get into pressure washing houses, decks, roofs, etc. for a summer job. I was wondering what kind of pressure washer would be recommend for a limited budget. I've been looking around pawn shops but I'm not quite sure on what psi and horsepower I will need. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
