Help On Bid For McDonalds

I am bidding a new McDonalds in my area. There is already a company that washes it, but he only rinses not even with hot water so he is probably not charging very much. The whole parking lot and drive thru is concrete. It is about 20,000 sq ft total. Im curious what you guys would do and how much you would charge to try to get in and this other guy out. Im in Utah and I do not reclaim.

Any thoughts would be great.

You have to talk to the right person, without saying they are getting a bad job you have to convey that.

One thing that I have learned... the hard way... is do not EVER assume that you know what they want done. Sure the whole parking lot may be 20,000 sf. In your mind, it appears, that you are looking into a price for the whole 20,000 sf. I would venture to say that they will not get it all cleaned, and probably will not get anything more cleaned than what one that has the asphalt would have cleaned, then again, they may get all 20,000 sf done. Again, talk to them and see what the scope of work is before you assume what they want done. You might be surprised.

i picked one up friday night in tampa while at the round table i was out cleaning the targets and he was very happy with the demo demo demo gave him the price 425 per month he jump on it he has 8 stores in the tampa erea he called tuesday and ask me to do them all on a monthly clean they are nasty lot of work but good pay an they do want me to reclaim my water possible a lot more comming to me

Good job Lonnie. I remember you saying you did a pressure Washing demo for them. Looks like its really paying off. Keep up the good work! :thumbup2:
