Hey Everyone!
My name is Dan, and I am 2nd generation owner & operator here at A-1 Pressure Washing. My families company originally started out as an interior new construction cleaning and pressure washing company back in 1996 (formerly A-1 Construction Cleaning & Pressure Washing). Our company worked for over 13 builders throughout Sarasota, Charlotte, Manatee, and Lee Counties. When I was 17 I started working for my family as a second job washing new construction driveways, sidewalks, lanais, pool decks, prepping garage floors, buffing floors, and managing the Model home exteriors. But to be honest I never liked doing new construction cleaning, wasn't much satisfaction in cleaning something that was less than a week old... but I had to do what I had to do to buy that first car! lol
After several years I started to break into residential pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and window cleaning. After my first week of residential pressure washing & roof cleaning I was hooked! I found great self satisfaction from taking a mold infested roofs & exteriors to like new again! My parents then decided to retire, gave the new construction accounts to another business (which was our old partner and long time friend), and I continued with the power washing and pressure cleaning side of the business.
Fast forward some years...I now offer pressure washing, exterior soft washing, safe no pressure roof cleaning, and window cleaning services. I have grown to doing a ton of commercial work from 9 story building washes, 9 story roofs (Same building), Gas Stations, Parking Garages, Retirement Homes, Pharmacy Stores, Banks, Shopping Plazas, Apartment Complexes, Townhouses, Homeowner Associations, and yes... still doing residential. I love my career and I am looking forward to growing to one of Southwest Florida's must trusted pressure cleaning contractors.
