High rise

I just picked up a 14 story high rise. The main reason they want it washed is because of the window and balcony frames. The warranty for these frames say they must be washed, its an oceanfront property so theres a lot of salt from the environment so I really dont want to use 12% and add more salt & possible corrosion. Now we are cleaning the entire building off of swing staging its a big one, but there is also mold & mildew in some areas so I need a good chem.


So what I need is something that will wash the frames and building and wont spot up the windows, that isn't corrosive . What type of chem should I be looking at.


Fun part is we will be doing this in the middle of the winter Brrrrrrrrrr

I would look into Safe-Restore as a cleaning agent from enviro spec....
