This luxury condo complex, located on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway, is composed of 14 condo buildings (7 are four-story and 7 are three-story) plus 15 one-story garages and a central club house. The complex also has a private marina with boat slips.

Immediately following the roof cleaning project, High Tide will pressure clean all buildings throughout the complex.

High Tide has expanded its southern market to now include Palm Coast and Ormond Beach. Based in St. Augustine, High Tide provides commercial & residential pressure washing and roof cleaning services from Ponte Vedra Beach to Palm Coast.

Congrats on that!!!! But Watch out David, You might have someone down in that area trying to underbid you for the job. Some folks have NO INTERGRITY!

Also.....I would not give as much detail about jobs on the internet. If you were no my brother-in-law and f I lived in the area, I would be sure to find out everything I could about the complex, the board members, start a mini marketing/networking campagin to make sure I was a shoe in the next year. Don't make it easy for your competition.

Thanks! This is one of the 3 largest projects my company has been involved with. We are having good weather and the roofs are cleaning up nicely. It does get a little windy in the afternoon which slows us down a bit. Here are a couple of day one pictures while on our first 4-story roof with us looking out over the complex and one showing a just cleaned 3-story in the background.

Glad to see the respirator, harness and head/neck cover for the heat, got to stay safe up there.

I also would not put that info out there, I would put some when the job is done, just to protect the info for later on as we all know that guys out there will try to get in and steal the job for next time.

I thought about not putting the project info out there but from what I hear, there were 6 or 7 companies that were called to bid on this large project (including two of the Palm Coast companies). So I figured everyone knew about it already. After day three, things are cleaning up nicely and everyone seems to be real pleased!
