HOA ads anyone heard of n2publishing.com

I was calling around to some HOA's and got the website of the publisher of there bi monthly news letter I guess they do lots of the higher end one www.n2pub.com I haven't heard back from them yet but was wantig to know if anyone has was them of any HOA ads
there are some high end places that I wold love to be able to put my foot in the door
