Any of you guys cleaning any Home Depot Stores? I am wondering what your average price per sq. ft. is? I have been approached to clean w/ reclaim and was wondering who of you are doing these stores. The average sq. ft. is about 36,000 with gum removal. I have a price in mind but am just curious what other areas are getting. Thanks

It might be, you have to think all the sidewalks in the front the loading area plus the outdoor garden center.

They are pretty much the same size more or less but I have never seen any here cleaned.

I'm curious why they require reclaim? Surely they have a sanitary drain in or around the garden center with all of the chems used for plants, etc. Do you have to recycle or can you simply direct the flow of water to the drain?

All that I know is that the Home Depot stores will be requiring that the pressure cleaning company have the ability to reclaim the water. I do not know when they will institute this, but it was just given to me to price.

When are these companies going to learn that when the sweeper truck comes along each night the evaporated water is "reclaimed"?

Companies are paying twice for the same thing.

I did the 3 entry ways Enter/Exit/contractor exit, both sides approximately 20x20 by the entry and exit and charged in the 400+ area no reclaim. The street sweeper came by when we were done.
