I have sold entire tracks of homes just flatwork for 650 each home.

This PO is very old and was for 240.00 per home and was sold 375 each.

We did 6 to nine on average with one man. Tracks often got completed in arizona in a few months.

Incase some of you cant do math , thats 90,000 a track back in the early 2000

You sure know how to choose them. Do you offer sales training after hire? I know you suggest to hire experienced salespeople, but do you still offer it?

Ron, will that info be at a certain roundtable or will you go into details at each round table that you are at?

Thanks.

We were doing tract homes for a while, it was great. Wash the side of one house, then turn around and wash the side of the house next door!

Do six in one day and move the truck one time! How often can you do that with residential.

We never wash the houses, we wash the concrete only.

We wash the models in the tracks every month and we wash any common areas, playgrounds, benches , canopy and other things in common areas.

When the track is complete we wash all the public sidewalks in the entire track.

I only wash new homes, we dont have a resdential division.

Why didn't they have you do the whole thing? We did the siding, patios, garages floors and driveways. The siding was really dirty but cleaned up so easy since the dirt was so fresh.

I like your idea about doing the models once a month and common areas. I think I'll put a proposal together. Thanks

They didnt want it,

Those driveways are a great sell for a professionals contractor. If someone doesn't know what they are doing, there's no way they can get them clean.

What does 'remove yellow from lath' mean?

I find this a very interesting way to generate revenue. I'm not sure I understand the legalese associated with the mechanics lien in there, but I'd like to learn more about how to sell this to builders in the area. WILL there be a roundtable on this? I want in, if so, please.

I have never made a presentation on New Construction, I suppose I could

Way late, but I am certain that someone else has the question. Out in this part of the world, we have stick built homes that have stucco or Dryvit. Under the stucco and dryvit is about a 1 inch layer of foam insulation. For some reason, code inspectors think that if the foam gets oxidized that the stucco will not stick, so, if there is a long tome between foam and stucco, off it comes. I have done it a few times. Always made really good money on it.
