Hot Box ???

I have 2 of them and I think there about 350lbs

Schedule 40 pipe weighs about 35% less than schedule 80,
but don't bother, ever, to use sch 40..
they blow too easily, and rust away faster too.
Sch80 in "the beef"..
but it still must be plumbed AND wired for reliability..
a pressure switch and a temp limit switch doesn't cut it..
Call me to know "what's different" on the only way to get 12 to 15 years of reliability.
It's all about Long-Term-Low-Cost. Eh ?

I have 2, one is about 250 pounds and the other is well over 400, I never figured out why they were so differnet?
These two were orderd and supposed to be the same boxes one is very tall and skinny and lightweight and the other looks like a Hotsy and it shorter and fat plus it weighs a freaking ton, still ordered from the same distributor and supposed to be the same box (both PP)
