i have a house to do its all fiber cement sidding .. what should i use to wash it with its painted white as black mold all over it? thanks guys

Sounds like it could be hardy plank.

You would wash it like your other house washes.

I actually enjoy washing these houses more than block or stucco. They seem to clean up almost as fast and just as good as vinyl sidding.

Is the paint oxidized? How long has it been since the last cleaning? do u have pics?

In general 40% shc(12%) 59+% water 1% soap (simple cherry/power house).
