First thing is I would like to thank Doug Rucker of Clean & Green Solutions for Hosting a fine event.

Thanks to the many guys who Showed up. Micheal Tessaro From Centex Chris Chappel Superior Powerwashing & a host of other than Came from surrounding areas of Houston to get certified.

I would guess it was around 130 more who are certified in the city of Houston from various trades. I would say Cleaning people was 3/4 of the crowd.

The seminar was very interesting as Chris pointed out, Chris asked some very tough questions that where answered very quickly and precise. The only problem was he kept asking the questions as together Michael Doug Chris and Myself asked questions others where lets just get this all over with. Until a Field enforcement agent was confused, he started realizing that information between his own departments was conflicting.

There was a victory in Houston, today I spoke with the advocate and the facilitating Officer in enforcement and I receive and apology from her about the agencies conflicting. Now, the question is how will they correct the problem? Will the problem be in favor of the contractor & the Citizens or will the city keep doing the same thing.

Thanks Doug for the info and event.

I had a good time there and I was glad that I went as I am thinking of doing work there in Houston in the future and need to know what will be needed so I will be compliant in pressure washing in Houston Texas.

I was really suprised that our table (Ron M., Michael T., Doug, and a few others) were asking the majority of the questions and other than Doug, we did not even live there, just wanted to know a lot of information.

It was amazing how 2 people from a department gave conflicting information where they both should have been on the same page.

It goes to show what a great source of information this bbs is and how Ron is really out there trying to help support the industry and help educate contractors that not only did not know him, did not know about PWI, did not know what is really going on in Houston and did not know how different departments there are not really on the same page, even in the same department.

This was really an eye-opening event that I am glad that I went to.

I will keep everyone informed as to the next Certification Seminar. This Certification would be a great thing for all contractors to have, no matter where there business is located.
