How have you benefited from this BBS ?

I have personally benefited from this BBS several months ago when I had some equipment that I needed to sell. I was able to come in and post my message for others to see. It was not long after that until I was contacted by email and the other party drove from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to Albuquerque to pick up the equipment.

a couple of months after that was in Phoenix for a few days and had the opportunity to have lunch with Ron and Scott downtown. Several things were discussed and I really came away with some new business ideas. as for me I believe this is probably the best one around. Thanks Ron and Scott !!!

This bb is great. I have benefited from this bb immensely. Along with Dans I would rate these two bb's as the best in the Powerwashing Industry bar none!!!

To be honest I think there may be a "Sleeping Giant" in the powerwashing bb land. Well shall find out in the near future...

Dan s , Please understand that you may be the only person dwelling on the # 1 thing. I'm Suppose to believe this is the best BBS. besides i know that you cant mention DElco on the others until i started this one. you still cant mention this one on that PWN. try to put a link to this site or even mention the name. it wont happen, your led to believe its for other reasons.

you need to go back and read Marshals Posts. they are very helpful and imformative. maybe i dont mind stiring up the pot proffessionally. its very old news and i will not blacken this thread with Garbage. you have started a thread and if you want to be negative about this BBs please do so. Just do it with class, i can only improve the BBS from you comments.

Dan relax and enjoy the freedom you have here. if this was another BBS you might be gone. the difference here is i cant take it and the mods decide that. i dont deal with member issues, not that your out of line, your not. just that on others BBS you would even have this opinion except in the modrators section, maybe where others cant read.

i would like to let you know that i invited you here and you said why am i last to know. Because the other BBS doesnt want its members going anywhere else. i invite you to go anywhere. i invite and tell folks about any thing they want to know.

Maybe one of the 15 people that called this week might want to let Dan how committed i'am to helping even vetrans.

I can come on this BBS and know I will get a instant reply to my questions without being attacked. By searching I can look up whatever other questions I have. Ron always takes the time to answer personally. I love to share what I have learned and look forward to reading what others have learned thru their experiences. Hope this board does not get like other ones where no one wants to post anymore. Lets all learn from each other to help us get ahead faster.

This is one of those touchy subjects were any post at all may lend itself to choosing sides(which i dont do). there are 3 bbs which i check at least twice daily for the interesting reading,i personally have benefited from all three.
i would like to say however that this site ( ron musgraves) has helped me tremendously several times,from referals,to equipment purchasing,to buisness information,on a one on one personal level. he has done so without asking for anything in return,i feel ron is truly trying to help not only his members but anyone who is trying to further there education in this industry and succeed in buisness.i would say that this goes beyond what i have experienced in other forums. i believe this bbs standards should become other bbs goals.
 
I, like most others I suppose, visit multiple boards. I have had personal dealings with Robert and the folks at Delco. I have also had the pleasure of talking (at length) with Ron. I can honestly say that they were all knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I want to see the entire industry grow and improve. The most effective way to accomplish this goal is a free and unrestricted flow of information. Kudos to Robert Hinderliter for getting the ball rolling and to Ron and Dan for continuing to push the envelope.

Warren, i thank Robert & Larry, i also thank Dan Flynn as if he had not opened his BBS i probably would not have opened mine. Dan robert & dave have helped the industry. its growing and improving everyday.

I love the freedom exchange on alls BBS too. I enjoy positive posts even more!LOL

I cant tell you how much a few kind words make this seem worth while.

This whole open minded freedom of speech BBS you have created is in my opinion great and how I would like to see others go,I think you are one of the best sources of information and help out there.
 
Tim Hays, please dont feel that we are making you choose sides. if notice i post on all BBS if they let me. I go to all of them... I want members to go to all BBS.
Hey everyone go to another BBS if you have never been. make a post or just read, its good to have choices, you may like another format better.

If not for these boards, I dare say I wouldn't know where I would be. Being able to share uncensored tips and product labels has been the primary reason for staying with this business. If there is a problem with a particular job, others have had it and there are remedies to try.

Being an uncensored board is great. If we don't like a product we can state why and name the product. Others may disagree and that's the beauty of the board. Sharing ideas and the like.

Keep it up. We all benefit in one way or another.

ron,i was merely implying that i was unbiased as far as which particular forums were better,i did want to take the opportunity to thank you for all you have helped me with,but i didnt want to do it at the expense of upsetting dan anymore than he already was.

Dan strayed from the topic, thanks for being concerned about his feelings.

I appreciate the thanks but it’s not necessary because we all provide the info on this BBS. Your posts too are very good and very interesting.

this post was started by Dan and was not intended to be a thank Ron post, I don’t want it too. but thanks anyway, I think Dan wanted to in a round about way say thanks and maybe make those concern aware of how much all BBS help the industry and themselves. ( sorry that Dan s makes things into personal attacks) we need to stop all that nonsense and realize that we are all in this together. the common goal should be to help one another and just get along.

Ok let's all step back a couple feet into the shade and cool off a bit here.

Dan has his opinions, Ron his, I mine and everyone else their's and to be able to post those opinions on any board is important, yet they must be kept clean of foul langauge and attacking ohters, but that is as it should be.

I cannot say what set Dan S. off but I truly doubt he has a grudge against Ron, if so he could simply not post here and then we all would loose as he offers good advice at times.

I do recall those two have gone back and forth a few times, heck I have had my neck wrung several times by people here and on other boards and I spring back each time.

Let's all move forward and stop wasting time here with these kind of post anymore, not very productive.
