How much pressure will I lose at 35' up?

Ed, contact the company that owns the rope and see if they will rent it to you, should not take you more than a day or two to finish the roof.

This way you use what is working, approved and still there so no looking for something and trying to get it approved and installing or paying to install it.

Also, who owns the rope system will make some extra money for another day or two leaving it there, chances are they don't need it right away for the next job yet.

I would try this or talk to them about where they got it so you can rent/buy one similar.

if there are no pressure washer Union around I would assume that they cannot make any trouble. but if there are and that is a union job I guess you could expect them not wanting You there

You can use a rope and have one guy in a harness tied off to an AC unit. He can set up the filters while the other guys pull hoses.

Have him work behind the middle guys to keep from getting tangled or he can do the edges while the other guys are rolling hose back up.

Worst case scenario with the union you have to sub under them and raise your price for their cut.

They would bill the customer and you have to wait for them to pay you. We do it all the time.
