How to clean this

We have been asked to bid on the sidewalks and building at this site. The sidewalks are not problem but the building appears to be drivit (see picture) and there is a green mold looking stain on the side. I do not want to pressure wash the drivit but thought I could spray highly diluted bleach and then just rinse it off. Is that the best approach or is there a better way?

A hot house wash mix should do it.Dry vit can be washed just don't get close to it.If it has a small hole in it and you get behind the material it's not a good thing.

Mold spores are present in the air and may settle onto surfaces if there is sufficient moisture. You can brush the area and then wash and dry well. Cleaning
