Wanted to say hello to all at PWI and introduce myself. I am new to KEC as a business owner but not with the actual cleaning. I have worked and run bars/restaurants here in Las Vegas and in LA so grease is no stranger. I am just tired of seeing crappy workmanship so have decided give it a go myself. I am licensed through the State AHJ and have dealt with the local Fire Marshals too. I have 17 years as an inspector also, so details matter to me as well as my reputation. Bad work = bad reputation. I just don't need it.
Anyone who would care to volunteer information to make life a little easier would be greatly appreciated. I also take the kind hearted ribbing and crap giving too. I would love to sit down with anyone that is in the Las Vegas Valley and talk about the business. I won't feed any of you the famous last words of "I don't want to be the biggest, I just want to be the best". I just want to give a quality service at a quality price. I know what needs to be done and how it needs to be at the end....
