Can't vouch for that machine, but anything I have bought from Hydrotek has been top notch. We have a single axle rig from them that is going on 20 years and works better than some of our newer stuff.
I saw that item on Ebay with exact same pics listed months ago. Did not sell after being posted a few times. I think then he listed it with a trailer and a Hot water unit. Everything sold but the PVR.
I looked into buying one of those one time but the price seemed a little unreasonable. If the pump out would pump around 5-8 gpm and would keep up, I might pay a grand for it.
It would be so easy to make one like that.
Inside of the little cone tank is a Bag Filter and an Oil absorbant pillow. That is it. Just mount a 30 gallon drum to a Hand Truck Pop your Shop Vac head on top, mount the pool pump and filters on the back of it and a few fittings and hoses and Bammmm
I am Still working on my vac surface cleaner but I will soon get to the water recovery system ... I have always been told that I can fix or build anything .. I haven't failed as of yet and I am 42 years old... ( Listen to the wizard , he knows what he is talking about )
Thank you sir. Mr. Wizard. I've got a Hydrotek Vac system I'm going to be using for the first time soon. The system wasn't terribly expensive, for an entry level machine. The filters seem to be where they plan on killing me. I think it is like the printers they give you with new computer purchases though. They figure they will "give" you the printer and then they'll charge you so hard for the toner that it knocks a hole in your pockets.
