Im considering selling my Reclaim unit with or without trailer. All berms and hoses are included and also have the 21" vacumn Hydrotek surface cleaner.Trailer is heavy duty and set up for a skid mount washer.....$5000 for it all or might separate it out.....979-412-1294 Lightning Gene

How much for the water reclaim unit?

Wow! That is a shame!

It was in April last year when we had the luncheon in Houston, I remember the phone call you made, we all heard it during lunch. $15.00 per week would have paid it by now.

Maybe time to repo equipment again just like the car lots do when you don't pay.

Nothing to repo I sold it to another........Just got ripped off trying to help someone.........

He doesn't care, he got what he wanted and moved onto the next.
Doubt you will ever see that $$$ Gene.
Took a "screwing" on one of my accts. because of who you speak of.
All the help, all the efforts put forth on my part turned to spit back in my face. All the free info and education, just laughed at.

"I'll just use my xjet to strip this deck" LMAO

Kid Contractors.....only good for making dirty diapers.

Numerous calls about needing work "tossed" his way. Oh the desperation.
The next call won't be so understanding on my part.

When a person gets accustomed to being a "taker", I don't believe they will ever be able to flee from that status. ( even if they wanted to).
No more sympathy on my end for sure.
I feel for the folks that lost out financially, through donations.

I sure hope he doesn't surface on my end, because he mistakenly took my kindness for weakness. I would be glad to show him how wrong he is for thinking that.




By the way, how much for the dune buggy in the background of your pic?
I'm a 47 y.o. kid, what can I say.

Just a big go kart for the kids that come to visit but some of us BIG kids play with it to make sure it runs good

"Oh well" is right.
Can't really do anything about that type of mentality, except stay as far away from it as possible. It's a desire to be like the big boys that creates these falsehoods.

What's really funny is how he claims to "fix" other contractor's work but my friends in that part of Houston and surrounding area see the shoddy work and how there are complaints of lots of excuses, not showing up and not knowing what he seems to be bragging about knowing how to do things. This was back last year throughout the year. What a shame.

I remember that conversation Adrian, it is a shame that there are people out there like that that will do things like that and not think anything about it after they rip you off, get work and info from you and possibly some jobs.

Just like you said, kid contractors. Some want to play in the adult sandbox but are not ready, have not paid their dues or learned the basics of the right way to do things and how to treat other contractors that help them out. It is a shame when those contractors are told all kinds of stories and b.s. when trying to help this person out. O Well.
 
Well Chris,
The years of experience do not add up to his age and "claimed" proffessions.
Felt sorry for him at first. Especially after I saw the "abilities he possesses".
I just wanted to share my professional experience and skills with him to help him get on his way and muddle through the events of his private life.

I guess I'm the real fool though, for thinking he was able to handle one of my accts. while I am up to my ears with jobs and even booking jobs as far out as the end of May.

That acct. was 5k$ plus annually.

His response was, " What's the big deal? Your acct. should understand that I was too busy to get to him when we had already had a schedule set in stone.


Again, my fault for buying into the "takers syndrome".

I have learned my lesson though.

I am getting a legit "swamper and hoseman" at the end of May and am just going to keep doing "one job at a time".

Call me selfish, but, I think I will just run my little company the way I see fit and not according to the diaper schedule of others.


Personally I don't think it is fair to the people who are trying to help guys like this when they only get kicked in the face in the end.

Sorry...... I am closing this can of worms before I say something hurtful.
God knows what I would like to say AND do about this little acct. loss of mine, but I do not want to be banned from this great site of PROFESSIONAL contractors.

No problem ....If it doesnt sell its ok....Its not eating anything and I might be rigging that trailer out again........As far as the kid contractor.....never mind what goes around comes back to haunt most takers anyway.......
