Hello. I have a pressure washer that the burner will not fire off. sounds like blower works but doesn't ignite. A little back ground on machine. I carried machine to dealer to fix burner. The generator was bad on unit so they decided just to remove generator and wire unit for 110v plug to run burner which was fine since I had a generator on trailer the washer was on. Burner worked a couple of times then quit. I thought a wire might have came loose so I opened cover, when I did I must have pulled some connectors loose and now I am lost on how to put it back together. Called dealer earliest appointment time is July 10th for repair. Unit has new burner motor, new accumulator, new pressure switch, new thermostat, new filters etc. I looked at wiring diagram for unit but it is nothing like what's in unit now without generator. Does anyone have a clue how to wire this thing back up? Unit has rocker Switch with 4 terminals, a thermostat with 3 terminals, a fuse with 2 terminals and hr meter with 2 terminals. 3 separate cords come in box, 1 is power cord White, black, green. 2nd cord is burner motor White, Black, Red, and Green, 3rd cord pressure switch Red, Brown and Blue. 4th cord is just thermostat probe. Any help would be appreciated instead of waiting till July. Attached are photos pressure switch, component box, and terminals. thanks
