Do you have any chemicals that would work on this?

Anyone that know of any situations they have had like this please call me with the product. 4805225227

If I remember correctly there was a contractor in NOLA in 2010 and again at Tampa 2010 who was from Puerto Rico that had a portfolio of some industrial cleaning he had done. I remember he had some fountains similar to this he had cleaned. Anyone remember that guy?

Yeah, Ron knows him.
I should have his contact info if you need it, Ron.

I have tried one restore and NMD80 on stuff like that and did not have any success.

Those black mineral stains are almost impossible to get out, you also have hard water stains which can come out sometimes.

Strong acid might only eat the top layer off.

Email the pictures to Mike over at EacoChem and see what he says, maybe you might get lucky.

That is like the black mineral stains you see on sidewalks here sometimes, in Vegas Tony and Chris had a center with that stuff all over the place, I don't think they ever found anything to remove the mineral stains.

I have had one (safe) restore, applied and then covered with plastic to marinate, work well in a situation like that - have also seen it be impossible. If you get it let me know what worked! Have seen the safe-restore (sodium bi-fluoride - turns into HF when used?) work where everything else failed. Maybe just get the HF (dangerous). If it ever comes clean, deposits will come back fast! Sell them on the rustic look?

Ron, the fountain is leaking or splashing over. That is very bad calcium buildup. Years worth in my opinion. I am willing to bet the fountain is shut off at night? With the heat you have in AZ. It dries very fast. The wet, dry, wet, dry, makes it worse. It is Caused by hard water and improper balance of the chems in the fountain. media or soda blasting will work.
Just like pool tile! IMAG0007.jpg

Is this one the surface of the pavers or is it down in them?

Would soda or Ice blasting work?

Ron we get that allot down in Florida. That one is really far gone and the only thing that will work is soda or sand blasting. Our companies did several over the years. Once cleaned they can be maintained with acid twice a year. Call me Friday. Ill be home then.
