I revamped the rig so I thought I would share some pics. I am having 18in by 7 foot signs made to go along the front half of the trailer.

Kory, what brand is the hot box? How do you like it?

What is the pump with the yellow hose?

Trailer looks well organized but I think I would put the hot water skid in front of the big tank for more front end weight but that is just me, That skid and the hot box is a lot of weight (about 1300 to 1500 pounds) behind the back wheels but if you have no problem with that, that is ok.

Looks like you can have a few guys working at one time, that is great!

The vertical is a pressure pro 115v It works ok I had to get rid of the Fuel tank it came with because it kept leaking. And it came with a bad pressure switch. The big aluminum tank in the back is a 50 Gal diesel tank that feeds both burners. That is why they are both on the back. The weight is good, less tounge weight and easier to jack it up.

The pump with the yellow hose is a pump I am testing out it is a MARUYAMA MSD 41. I am trying it out as a roof cleaning pump it can pump 8gpm at 600psi of of a 6.5 hp honda.

Looks much better Kid!!

Man and someone told me all you had was a Dewalt 2.6gpm and it was in the trunk of a Mazda :p LOL

Nice set up, I like the 50 gallon tank

Yeah the 525 is good to have believe it or not there are a lot of places i wash that do not have areas to fill up at. The smaller tank is my 125gal chem tank.

Looking real good Kory...Hey when you get a chance I wanna know more about that pump? My new comet is running real good. Had a few priming issues that I solved with a weight. (hose wouldn't stay down in the tank). Have you tried the new pump yet?

please do keep us informed. I have a couple of spare honda gx390's that could use 2 of those pumps and then coupled together for rinsing concrete

also about the fuel tank. I was begining to wonder if i was the only person wanting to carry more diesel fuel with me for my burner. Sometimes we go through 20 gallons a night in one machine and I hate carrying gas cans

Pressure Pro 8gpm 3500 12v
10 hour night
stock burner nozzle
fuel pressure adjusted up as well as air intake for more heat. The hose gets almost too hot now, and changing out tips takes gloves if you have a little drip coming out of the gun of ball valve

20 gallons on one 8gpm machine?
A night being about how many hours?
Whats your nozzle size and fuel presure? Curious

I have burned around 15 to 20 gallons of both gas and diesel working long days from 12-18 hours cleaning dirty concrete and popping gum, lots and lots of gum.

I am working on a bid for a shopping center that has 20' wide sidewalks and is 1300 feet long and has gum worse than I have ever seen before.

I am probably going to get a hot box for my 8gpm machine and split the water after the hose reel so I can have 2 guys popping gum at 4gpm instead of 1 guy with 8gpm for just the gum.

That is a lot of concrete for a shopping center but the gum is worse! I should have taken a picture when I was there. We will be burning a lot of diesel and gas on that one if I get it.

next week I plan on looking at a fresh water tank my father in law has on an old house boat thats turned into a camp house. There are two of them and hopefully i can fit them on my trailer and run one for gas and the other for diesel

Kory what do you pull that beast with. I think the trailer looks good don't see anything you couldn't get done with that.

Hey Greg, he's doing $35.00 driveway's ;)
