Its like Xmas in February over here! Here's the story. I found this HUGE Landa and trailer on CL it was 3500PSI at 6gpm with a 500 gallon water tank, wands, hose reels, and tons of gloves and misc supplies, and a dual axle trailer with breaks for $4700. So I offered the guy $4200 and he said okay. That is the first couple pics attached. I was really happy!! And I thought that was the end of it.

Then the very next day I find another Landa that looks exactly the same but its 24 HP 3000PSI @ 8gpm and is set up to run 2 guys on one unit. But he is asking $9K for it. I told myself stay away and I don't need it but I could not help it!! I offered the guy $5500 for it and told him to keep the trailer since I just picked up a trailer, and he went for it! So now I am mounting two units on my new trailer. This trailer had a 300 gallon water tank 4 reels including a chemical pump, PLUS 2 water jet surface cleaners and 5 wands.

So total price for my new trailer is $9700 with 2 surface cleaners, 8 wands, 6 reels, chemical pump, 600 ft of hose, 1 trailer, 2 water tanks, 4 filters, and lots of misc stuff!!!!!!!! I had to pull from my savings account but I am adding 1 bad A$$ trailer to my fleet. All Landa, Ron would love it.

Looks like one of valley's rigs , he closed up last year. This guy didn't last long.

Ron, 4 trucks and now 1 trailer, with a total of 7 hot waters and 2 cold water units... 8 surface cleaners. My favorite part about pressure washing is getting more gear but I need to be focusing on more work and less gear... I'm just a gear junkie! haha

These are my first 2 hot water Landa's, i own 1 cold water Landa. And my first 2 Water Jets but that HUGE surface cleaner I have was made out of a water jet and its 4 feet long.
 
Not to worry, I can provided permanent parking at a much closer location.
 
Im looking at a CL posting of a 2007 Isuzu NPR flatbed w/2 hot water machines a cold and a roof setup. 4 hose reels 550 water tank and all the goodies . Guy needs money before he forcloses on his house. I offered him $6000 cash for it all. He is thinking about it. He wanted $15k So if I get it I will sell it here for $20000. LOL

Craigslist has some great deals once in a while. I picked up a 13 hp Honda P/W ... 3700 psi / 4 GPM for $550. The thing is practicly brand new. Guy used it once for 6 hours than stored it for 8 months before I bought it. Still had the little rubber threads sticking out of the tires. It ran a little rough at first because he didn't run the gas out of it before he put it away but a little TLC and it runs like a champ.

Tell me about it! When I called, I thought, no way is it still available. He said that he posted it about an hour before I called and I was the first person to call about it. 10 minutes later and a little less rubber on my tires and it was sitting in the bed of my truck! lol They sell for $1200 all day long.
