Improvements To The Fat Boy Roof Cleaning Pump

We have a thread going here http://roofcleaninginstitute.org/in...ving-the-fat-boy-roof-cleaning-pump/#entry607 about possible improvements to the Fat Boy.
The Fat Boy and FloJet Pentaflex has way too much run off, to use on tile roofs. A small nozzle makes the pumps cycle, and burn up.
I had the idea to use a way to reduce the voltage to the pump, to slow it down, and reduce flow, on tile roofs.
Others in the thread are thinking about using DUAL Accumilators!

I will stick with my air pump system. Me likes it waaay to much to ever change.

Chris,

I saw somewhere, and for the life of me I can't remember where, a guy using one of these.

He claimed they worked and that's way I remember this product. Now if I could only remember where I saw it. Another sign of old age.

I have an accumulator on my Dual Pump from Paul and I use mostly 2 GPM tips when I spray roofs or houses. Use way less solution, and never have a problem w burning up over over cycling pumps.

I am looking at getting an air diaphragm for some larger commercial jobs we have coming up.

Call me anytime Doug 813 655 8777. I have spent a lifetime with air pumps, and know where the deals are, what one to get, etc, etc.
Doug, you are a great person, and unselfishly help many many people. I would be honored to return the help you have given to so many people.
Plus, our mutual friend Larry Millette thinks the world about you!
