In-line injector is not functioning properly

Small pressure washer. Generac 5.5 hp, 2.4 gal per minute, 2500 psi. Tried to wash my car and the inline injector wouldn't pull chemical. Using car-wash solution with wax from Wal-mart. No blockage in hose line and yes I was using the low pressure chemical tip. It has always worked when I used it on a job site. Anyone have a possible trouble shooting solution?

Thanx,

Mike J

Do you rinse out the line with water when you use it. You should always run the injector in water after every use. The soap will dry inside of the injector and make the little ball stick to the seat. Caution If you take it apart to clean it always do it inside of a clean bucket. The tiny ball, o-ring, and spring will pop out on the ground and get lost. Clean out the injector and the screen at the bottom of the hose. Most of them have a check valve inside of the screen as well you must clean that out too. Down stream injectors have to see a pressure drop to work so try using it without a tip to get it working then put the chemical tip back on.

Save a lot of time and buy a new and commercial grade injector. I think they are about $15.00

If you need one, I have them in stock. Otherwise there are many places to get them.

Hey Wiz I sent you an Email a week ago, did you ever get it?

Asking here since I have not heard from you.

If not then send me your current Email so I can send again.
