* Pressure Washing System GO GREEN
Machine Description:
1 Hot Water
Motor: 20 HP Honda V-twin Engine
Pump: General TS 2021 Ceramic Plunger Pump
Generator: Winco 2000 Watt General Complete
System Belt Driven
Frame: Powder coated, uni-body built
reinforced structural supports
for added "over the road" shock
support for coil support.
2nd Machine Description
Motor: 13 HP Honda Cold Water
Pump: General Pump Ceramic Plunger Pump 4 GPM @ 4000 PSI
Frame: Aircraft Aluminum Mounted on deck

Motor and Pump Power Plate: Pre-assembled "Power-Plate" engineered to accept a variety of motor options. This enables the operator to change/service any component (motor, belt, generator, pump support brackets) in minutes not hours. The "Power Plate" is attached to the frame by 6 2" x 3/4" rubber grommets. This acts as a vibration dampener for the pump system, and extends the operation life the entire unit.
Burner System: We use a 110 volt oil powered burner system. It is powered off the generator, (Winco - 2,000 watt - Top of the line, which is belt driven). This creates a very reliable system with 10 times the voltage of a "12 Volt" system. This has a "spin on" oil filter with oil/water separator to protect the fuel pump.
Fuel Tanks: 8 gallons each. Cross link poly-propylene plastic, originally engineered as racing fuel cells - they will not sweat or rust out or wear out.
Other Engineering Features:
Stainless Coil and Engine Cover - will not rust, and reduces
moisture on engine while not restricting air flow to engine.
Horizontal Coil System - cold rolled continuous schedule 80 coil. The horizontal coil is much easier to support for "over the road" transportation. The coil can also be removed from the top by removing 6 bolts - rather than pulling the coil out where the burner is (End-Cap).
On Board Generator: Provides electrical power to dual sump pumps on board reclaim system.
All Stainless Steel Fasteners - All the nuts and bolts will not rust.

BOX OR WEB ONLY OPERATION!!
This is obvious with most any purchase, especially when buying expensive wash equipment. A company with a P.O. Box has very little investment. Where will they be tomorrow, come warranty time? You want to deal with a company that has experience, parts and service personnel. Before you buy, ask yourself the question: Will this company take care of my future needs?
DON'T BUY 12 VOLT POWERED BURNER UNITS!!
Before you buy, ask how the burner is powered. Yes, perhaps you will save money on the initial purchase of a 12 volt system, but you will need the money you saved for the future repairs! 12 volt units draw their power to run the burner system from the battery. The engines diodes recharge the battery. The problem is that the diodes do not generate enough amps to keep up with the burner. As a result the fan motor slows down and the heating coils soot up from the lack of air flow. This huge engineering problem creates a mess and requires the coils to be cleaned more often. Vibration, operator controls, elevation, engine RPM all affect the engine diodes and we haven't seen any other system that is reliable! The pressure wash equipment we build all have their own separate generators - producing 115 volts to power the burner system! Obviously a 115 volt system with its own generator has 10 times the voltage and therefore is 10 times more reliable in operation.

**THE 12 VOLT EXCEPTION!! ON OUR CONTRACTOR SERIES- We use a separate belt driven GM/Delco alternator system that generates 65 amps of continuous power instead of the 15 to 20 amps that are generated from standard 12 volt systems. ( When is the last time your car alternator quit working??) This superior engineering has proven to be very reliable and cost effective.

BUYING FROM A FRANCHISED BIG NAME DEALER!!
Are franchised brands the best?
Most major brands are owned by foreign Companies. This means your dollars are being sent to foreign country. The two largest name brands, Landa and Hotsy, are owned by a West German company named Kartcher and are, mostly being manufactured in Mexico.
Their sole purpose is profits - not building "industrial grade" units. Their "commercial/light duty" units have a shorter service life than industrial units have, making it necessary for you to buy more parts (which are only available through them) and consequently more labor charges. This way they can sell you another new unit much sooner than if you bought "industrial" quality in the first place.
Their units are mass produced (mainly outside the U S A), and their dealers are under extreme pressure to sell only their units. The bottom line is; they are going to sell what makes them and their dealers the most money -- Not what is necessarily best for your needs!
BUY A MACHINE THAT IS ENGINEERED FOR EASY SERVICE!!
If it's not engineered for easy service - don't buy it! Most units are poorly engineered - they might look fancy, but what about changing oil on the motor and pump? Rebuilding a pump? Changing belts? Access to burners? etc. Every machine needs service! Beware of the poor engineering!
KNOW THE WARRANTY!!
Ask your dealer for a written warranty.

CHEAPEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST!!
Don't buy cheap if you want quality!

DON'T UNDERSIZE YOUR EQUIPMENT!!
If you are using your pressure washer for heavy duty cleaning, say at a construction site, or most commercial applications, don't buy a light duty consumer pressure washer it just won't hold up. Make sure you purchase a pressure washer that will fit your needs and application.
