Introducing the tri-banger and quad-banger nozzle holder!!!

Thanks for the comments, guys. We made these because of the MANY, MANY requests I have had for these nozzle holders. My goal is to help you get products into your hands that help you achieve a greater level of efficiency at a low price. That's it! We have been here for the industry for a while.

For those of you whom have purchased PWP's Bangers, how do you like them?

I am curious if the threads are distorted with the slag weld versus spacers. Have they been sand blasted?

William, you probably already know by now that one does not use stick welding on stainless steel for this application. Instead, we utilize the TIG Process. William, TIG is an anacronym for Tungsten Inert Gas. I will break down the processs for you. These 1/4" fnpt plugs were cold welded at mid range / DC straight, high frequency start, at 90 amps plus or minus 5 depending on the pedal usage. We used pure argon shielding using .035, 316 stainless steel wire for corrosion resistance. The cold weld process was utilized as per US Navy Requirements to reduce overheating and distortion.

Sandblasting was NOT used. William, as you probably already knew before asking the question, sandblasting is a surface cleaning process. Sand is a contaminate. Sandblasting is usually used for surface preparation. Our assemblies are GLASS BEADED. William, glass beading is a surface conditioning process. It adds durability to the surface aiding in corrosion resistance.

William, do you now understand the process? I can get a bit more detailed if needed. I learned to stick weld when I was nine years old.

Thanks for the questions!

Hehe...

What a generic answer. LOL. You lost me after the first sentence.

I asked a simple question. I guess you were not familar with the terminology. I was curious if you used stock between the couplers to space them out so the heat did not distort the threads, or if you filled it out with weld. Why so confrontational? I was asking a question I wanted to know the answer to, not slamming your product. There are a half dozen people out there that have been selling these for years. I just wanted to know if yours was an improvement or similiar. I tried to let bygones be bygones and give you the benefit of the doubt and try to be courteous. Maybe I was wrong or I am reading you wrong. If you post on a website items for sell you should be prepared to answer question. Not continue to try to belittle the people you are trying to sell to. Just my take. It's your business, run it however you want.

I prefer the term 'educational'. I even gave you the settings to use.

I have had MANY, MANY requests from customers for these products.

When asked to perform a service, do you say no or do you go out on a limb to help your customers?

Lori

If it is a service that I can perform wel I do it. If I can't I tell them no. I don't talk down to them , use profanity on the phone, or offer them discounts to get them to retract statements. Different strokes for different folks. Best of luck in your endeavors.

If you check almost every post that "off duty" is involved in, you will see a trend of bullsh*t, he likes to stir the pot and mix it up.

I hadn't noticed that on here or any other bb... I think I just feel love in the air. :man_in_love:

Larry, might be time to break out the hot tub. The things I say may hurt, but the things I say are true. Not much on the pc stuff or sugar coating.

We all just need to spend a little more time looking at the brighter sides of things instead of all the negative stuff. Hey, I never liked the AMC Pacer or the Ford Pinto but I never went around knocking it to everyone or tried beating up the auto makers over it. I just moved on and bought what I liked. Different strokes for different folks. If you don't like Lori for whatever reason or her products then just move on. It's really quit simple. I still feel Love in the air though!

What gets me is William is a stickler for spelling and most of these posts of his have a bunch of misspelled words. William,,, Is that really you?
