The truck looks good Hal, love the new burner with the small red cape. hahahahaha j/k.

The truck should get you a lot of calls.

My Isuzu Box truck rig.

Hal Looks great. Keith is a master at design. He's doing some work for me as we speak.
Hey quick question. Is that a Kohler 30HP command engine next to that burner and is the pump hooked into it with a Gear Reducer and what size pump is on there?? A shot in the dark its a TSF2021 General pump rated @ 8,6 gpm @3600psi. Am I close?? I am thinking of doing something similiar. To tell you the truth I would like to do two of those and see if it can go thu a burner of that size which is rated at 12gpm @ 880,000 BTU;s. Do you think that burner can handle 17 gpm going thru there and getting hot enough??

I'll also bring this question up where Russ Johnson and those guys can add imput since there genious at this stuff.

Once again sweet rig:victory:

Clean County its a 30 hp with a 12 gpm udor @3000.When i tested the max flow it gave me about 11.2 true gpm at full tilt.I dont know about the 17 gpms but that thing gets really hot with what i have.I would probably get two burners for that much flow.If you went with just one i would get a 3/4 inch coil but then it would take a bunch of fuel.Because the pipe would be shorter and the water would be zooming through there. The exhast to on the motor is blowing back towards the outside and the burner just goes up and out i burn kerosene in it so no smoking up the roof.

Good so far its really built well pack full of coil around 265 feet of the best AMERICAN MADE STEEL hailing from pittburg pa.If you get one spend the extra money on the better thermostate and flow switch.

In terms of the thermostat and flow switch both died in the first 20 hours. I had complained about the flow switch as it was limited to 8 gpm and of course I had a 12 gpm burner. I had a replacement mailed to me right away and replaced the broken one when it went down. In terms of the thermostat, replaced it with another GP one and haven't had a problem since.

Some how they also forgot to put in the bulbs in the diagnostic center and I have been waiting a few weeks for them to arrive.

Once the burner got up and going its been running strong. My biggest design issue with the 120v version is the fuel tank. No way of knowing the level and a small tank makes it need a filling way too quick.

I haven't run steam yet, but around 200`f with full flow I can drain the diesel tank in 3 hours. I am strapping an 80 gallon tank to the truck that I can draw from that and not have to use jerry cans to get through a day.

Just my experience so far with the espec burner.
