It's Equipment Buying Time Again for Pressure Clean!

Our company, Pressure Clean Inc., starts to make decisions on equipment purchasing for this season over the next few weeks. This year we are on track to increase sales by 400% or more. So we plan on buying a lot of equipment this year to handle our growth.

If you've got something to sell, contact us and let's talk. We like deals, really good ones. We also look at a lot of deals, so if you want to be considered, here's what we need:

1. Pictures from all angles of the equipment - front, both sides and back. Close-up's of critical parts like engines, pumps, coils, etc.

2. Specifics as to sales price, location of equipment, condition of equipment (be specific, dont' just say "good condition"), hours, etc.

3. Figure out your best price BEFORE you contact us and give us that price. We know what the equipment is worth and if you've priced it high just to negotiate down to what you want to get for it you run the risk that we won't even consider your proposal. So keep this in mind before you waste our time giving us a price on a piece of equipment we could get new from our distributor for 10% less than you are selling it for.

4. Give us as much information as possible as to why you are selling it. If you bought a $20,000 rig and are selling it for $5,000 a year later, we're going to be wondering who you stole it from. We're also going to be ticked if we travel to your location to inspect the equipment and that Landa logo you painted on the side of the washer rubs off. Comprende?

What are we looking for?
* Trailers with full rig assemblies
* Hot water units, skids or wheeled
* Landa Water Jets (surface cleaners)
* Water Poly Tanks - 300 gal to 7,500 gallon
* Compressors, generators, other smaller equipment

These are just a few of our favorite things. If you have something to sell and it's not listed above, send us a note about it with the above info and we will consider it. Our number one rule is USED, USED, USED. We prefer buying used equipment because we can get it cheaper because we pay cash up front and we handle all of our own maintenance so we're not worried about warranties on new equipment.
