It's Going Great!!!

Congrats on the KEC account DJ! Now get to work.:p

Good job Scrappy.

But I'm curious about GL insurance as far as the KEC business. I'm not considering it just wondered if you had to get some type of coverage specially for KEC. Seems like a lot of liability exposure for an insurer.

You definitely want to make sure your insurance company will cover KEC work, if you are going to offer it. Be prepared for a hefty premium too!

And make sure it's real insurance too, not some offshore deal. These guys will be your best friend if you get pulled in to anything, and you will get pulled in.

Fires are going to happen in restaurants, and when they do, they will find a way to involve your company if you were any where near the place in the last year.

You are right on Matt, The Insurance Lawyers will assign blame to everyone. 50% to some, 25% to another etc. Then you have to defend yourself.

So bottom line is , get good insurance, minimum 1 mil. Document everything. Sometimes you have to prove your no liability.

Almost forgot ......... Congratulations.

Keep your spirits up and think you can conquer the world. The customer will notice it and you will land more jobs.

Good job Scrap
