Jerry

Tony Shelton

BS Detector, Esquire
We have hired Jerry to teach us how to "bulletproof" our skids. He is going to teach us how to maintain and repair our own equipment.

We have three truck mounted units, three on trailers and an orphan that needs to be put on a trailer. By Saturday I hope to have almost all of those prepared for problem free work! Right now we are having minor to moderate problems on three of them.

I'll try to post some pictures and/or video later!

Wish us luck!

Let us know how it turns out Tony.

Initially I was worried about Jerry's ability to "bulletproof" a system. Since bullets are practically outlawed in California. (at least any magazine that holds more than ten of them).

But Jerry has proven himself to really know his equipment and is a good and honest guy and I can't wait to soak up his info. Plus, we just like him.

Ever since I (by providence) got seated next to him at the steakhouse in Ft Worth I've had a great vibe from him. My first thought was "here's one of those tree hugging nutcases from California" but then he spoke and I was proven wrong immediately. Jerry is a valuable asset to this industry and he should be supported whenever the opportunity arises.

Well, we're done. My head is still spinning. Lots of great information.

If you take this class it will be money well spent! Just remember to TAKE NOTES! Thankfully we videotaped a lot of it!

Not only did we learn about plumbing and its affects, but we also learned about pumps, inside and out, burners, motor wiring and a host of other things.

Some video clips are forthcoming. I'll also show some before and after pics of our configurations.

Fort worth Steak house was when we first met him too.

He recently got me all squared away on plumbing our units correctly. It's been the longest they have gone without problems. Knock on wood..

Saving more on repairs and being more productive while working = +$ on the cash side.

Sounds like a cool class.

Is this something Jerry did for you or is he offering it to others? PM me if you want or call me.

looks like a lot of beef jerky....that could have been the cause of the head spinning.

Pressure Washer Troubleshooting & Bulletproofing Class Feb 3rd.'12

That Jerky was amAzingly tasty !
..but there was alcohol on that table.. disguised as a "healthy" drink :{p
(..And it did come out later in the afternoon.)

Matt,
just so you know.. My wife has family in Denver, ..so just give us a reason to visit :{)

Thanks for the praise guys.. I really enjoy teaching.
Plus.. Tony 'n Chris are great students.. they learned REAL fast !

I will be sending Tony a "Binderfull' of info to greatly enhance his new skills,
in the maintenance and troubleshooting on his particular equipment.
with my training..
Worksheets & reference sheets will be included.

Everywhere I go from now on, as I can, I will be offering ..
Troubleshooting, Bulletproofing, Heater Repair,
or all three, in classroom or trailer-side, depending on venue.
they are each at LEAST 1 hour classes.
Next event.. in Los Angeles, after the Landscapers' Convention.. Feb 3rd.. this coming FRIDAY !! (click here)

When you want to avoid the bad day, and you methodically eliminate the weaknesses that plague typical equipment in this industry,
you minimize how bad a day can be, and are enabled in making any bad day as short as possible.
That directly influences your bottom line, and ability to "sustain a relationship" with your contracts.

An Apple is part of the problem. Had to use a crap video editor because it was the only one that recognized Shelly's Iphone videos. Then I had to flip all the videos because they were all upside down. D#$& you Apple!
