Call Russ and get the hose you need since he is Closest. Then hit the pavement and start selling, flyers mailers post card rock bags . DO IT!!!

Roof Cleaing

I have a fat boy but only use it on big jobs. It will flood a roof and suck down chem to fast. So I use it for a back up, most of my homes and some commerical jobs I use
3.3 gpm.
I am sure you know you can burn that fat boy up quick if it cyles off and on with the wrong tip.

I can't speak about the accumulator but as for the hose, I just recently went with the Goodyear Plyovic from Russ. It is some killer stuff. I have 200' of 1/2" on my fatboy and I run size 40 tips. It works great and moving from 5/8" hose to 1/2" hose has really helped me control my runoff.

Without the accumulator it is wide open or closed only. If you try to partially open the valve/gun it will draw too many amps and blow fuses and/or smoke the motor. In my opinion it should be an essential part of even a basic roof setup with a Fat Boy. It will easily save you in SH enough to pay for the accumulator.

We frequently turn down the pressure and volume for long periods of time. This makes the unloader go nuts and drastically reduces the unloaders lifespan. I'm always looking for an alternative.

Btw, I'm reading an old book, "The Millionaire Next Door" and it had your picture on the front! As I'm reading it its telling me the exact same things we've talked about William.

With an accumulator you can flow as few gpm as needed. I have one that is three years old now and it has done hundreds of roofs.

Yes accumulator is a must!
